We are committed to delivering 100% pure and natural honey safely, quickly, and reliably across Pakistan.

This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Shipping Coverage Across Pakistan

We deliver honey across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas such as:

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta
  • Hyderabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Faisalabad
  • AJK, GB, villages, and small towns

2. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier services, including:

  • Leopards Courier
  • TCS
  • M&P (Call Courier)

These logistics partners ensure secure and reliable delivery, especially for fragile items like glass jars.

3. Shipping Time

Delivery timelines vary by location:

  • Major Cities: 1–3 working days
  • Remote Areas: 3–7 working days

During peak seasons (Ramzan, Eid, Winter), delivery times may be slightly extended. Customers will be informed in case of delays.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday)
  • Orders placed after 6 PM are processed on the next working day

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on order weight and delivery location:

  • Standard rate: PKR 200 – 300 in most cities
  • Orders above PKR 3500 → Free Shipping

6. Packaging & Product Safety

  • To ensure safe delivery, your honey is packed using:

    • Multi-layer bubble wrapping
    • Durable corrugated boxes
    • Tamper-proof sealed lids

    We take extra precautions as glass jars are fragile.

7. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • SMS or WhatsApp notification
  • Tracking ID
  • Courier tracking link

You can monitor your parcel status in real-time using the tracking number.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Your order may be returned if:

  • Incorrect address or phone number is provided
  • Courier is unable to contact you after multiple attempts
  • Delivery is refused by the customer

In such cases, re-delivery may require additional shipping charges.

9. Delivery Issues (Lost or Damaged Parcel)

If your parcel is:

  • Lost during transit
  • Damaged or leaked
  • Incorrect item delivered

We will:

or
âś” Issue a full refund (as per Refund Policy)

Note: Proof (photos/videos) is required for claim verification.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We plan to expand delivery to regions such as UAE, UK, Germany, Australia, and Europe in the future.
