Refund & Return Policy – Alsafwah

Thank you for shopping with Alsafwah. We are committed to delivering 100% pure, natural, and hygienically packed honey. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

This policy explains how refunds, replacements, and returns are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food/consumable items), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Leaked Product
    If your jar arrives damaged, cracked, or leaking during delivery.
  • Wrong Product Delivered
    If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  • Expired Product
    Highly unlikely (honey has a very long shelf life), but covered for your protection.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The jar has been opened, used, or tampered with
  • The product was damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Incorrect address was provided during checkout
  • The customer changes their mind after opening the product
  • The product was purchased during special deals/discounts (non-refundable unless damaged)

Note: For food safety reasons, opened honey jars cannot be returned or reused.

3. Timeframe for Claims

All issues must be reported within:

48 hours of delivery

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Proof Required (Mandatory)

  • To process your claim efficiently, please provide:

    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
    • Photo of the outer packaging
    • Order number and customer details
    • (Optional but recommended) A short video showing the issue

5. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved:

  • A free replacement will be sent
  • No additional shipping charges will apply

Replacement dispatch time: 2–4 working days

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued when:

    • Replacement is not possible (out of stock)
    • A wrong or heavily damaged item was delivered
    • Payment was made but order was not delivered

    Refund methods:

    • Bank Transfer
    • Easypaisa / JazzCash
    • Original payment method (if applicable)

    Refund processing time: 3–7 working days

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order:

  • Before shipment → Full refund
  • After shipment → Cancellation not possible

9. Shipment Issues

If your parcel is delayed or lost by the courier:

  • We will coordinate with the courier service
